1. Introduction

3. Data Usage & No-Share Policy

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Amazon Information to outside parties or third-party developers.

Data access is strictly limited to authorized employees within our organization for the sole purpose of managing our own Amazon stores.

4. Data Security

All sensitive data is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS 1.2+) technology and encrypted in our isolated databases using AES-256 encryption standards to comply with the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP).

By accessing the Beiling ERP system, authorized personnel agree to be bound by these internal terms of service and acceptable use policies.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access the system strictly for internal business operations related to Shenzhenshi beiling maoyi youxiangongsi. This is an internal tool, not a public SaaS platform. Access credentials must not be shared.

3. Amazon Data Usage

All use of Amazon data within this system is strictly governed by the Amazon Services API User Agreement and Data Protection Policy. Any violation of data handling procedures will result in immediate access revocation.
